World Journal of Engineering is an international journal that provides a platform for a broad scope of the latest research and developments covering all areas of engineering. The journal was launched by Hebei University of Engineering (China); University of Alaska Fairbanks (USA); Loughborough University (UK); and Kharkov State Technical University of Construction and Architecture (Ukraine) in 2004.

This is a hybrid journal. Hybrid journals are subscription journals but offer all authors the option to publish their work open access.
