This article surveys some unusual roofs that have been successfully sealed using a combination of ‘Hypalon’ synthetic rubber and neoprene. These Du Pont elastomers are mutually compatible, water‐tight, flexible, weather‐resistant, elastic, and have good thermal characteristics.
