Dunlop Precision upgrades CAD facilities Free

Dunlop Precision Rubber, UK manufacturer of elastomeric aerospace seals, has further enhanced its CAD capability with the installation of the latest issue of IBM's CATIA Version 5.

Allied with the company's existing computer design and manufacturing facilities, the new CATIA software will help Dunlop Precision to interface with its customers, including Boeing and Airbus, as they move to CATIA 5 for future generations of aircraft. Working in the same software with the majority of Dunlop Precision's customers, will speed communication and eliminate any need for translation programmes.
