Nikhat Afshan is an Associate Professor at the IBS Hyderabad (a constituent of IFHE, Hyderabad, India). She received her PhD in Management with Supply Chain Management as specialization from IBS, Hyderabad. She was a Visiting Scholar at the Fogelman College of Business and Economic (Memphis University). Her areas of research interest are supply chain integration, supply chain collaboration and quality management. She has presented papers in various national and international conferences and published research papers in reputed journals.

Purnendu Mandal is a Professor of Management at Lamar University. He is also holding the position of President and Director of Texas Healthtech Institute, a college accredited by the Council on Occupational Education and approved for FAFSA Financial Aid by the US Department of Education. Prior to this, he held the faculty position in India (IIT Kharagpur), Australia (Monash University, Deakin University), the USA (Marshall University) and Singapore (James Cook University). He has published over 200 papers and 16 books.

Dr. Angappa Gunasekaran is a Special Assistant to the Provost for Academic Affairs and Student Success and served as Dean of the School of Business and Public Administration from 2017 to 2021 at California State University, Bakersfield. He is also a tenured full‐time professor of Operations Management. Prior to this, he served as Dean of the Charlton College of Business from 2013 to 2017, Chairperson of the Department of Decision and Information Sciences from 2006‐2012 and the founding Director of Business Innovation Research Center (BIRC) from 2006 to 2017 at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He has over 400 articles published in peer‐reviewed journals. He has presented about 50 papers, published 50 articles in conferences and given a number of invited talks in many countries. Dr. Gunasekaran is on the Editorial Board of over 30 peer‐reviewed journals which include some prestigious journals. He has organized several international workshops and conferences in the emerging areas of operations management and information systems.

Jaideep Motwani is the Chairperson and Professor of Management at the Seidman College of Business, Grand Valley State University, since 2000. He received his PhD degree in Operations Management from the University of North Texas. He has co-authored 15 books and published more than 150 articles in prestigious journals. In 2004, Dr. Motwani was ranked among the Top 1% Researchers in the field of Technology Management by the International Association of Management of Technology (IAMOT). He also appears in several Who's Who in the World publications annually and is the recipient of the Michigan Outstanding Educator's Award granted by the Governor of Michigan.
