This book recommends the reader utilises focus groups with internal and external stakeholders as their primary method in developing their PIHoQ. Focus groups help to elicit the richest and most useful data from participants and all focus group sessions are grounded on, and imbued with, participative action research activities. It is suggested that five focus group sessions are run, in total. Ideally one session per week or fortnight is sufficient in providing ample time for planning and reflection between sessions.
