Abstract
As a result of Industry 4.0, significant advancements in supply chain management and integration have been made. One of the key forces behind this change is the Cloud of Things (COT), which is the union of cloud computing and Internet of Things (IOT) technologies. This study explores the role of COT in enabling green supply chain integration and sustainability in the context of Industry 4.0. Through clever supply chain integration, COT is used to build real-time data exchange and analytics capabilities across the supply chain network. By collecting and evaluating data from numerous sources, COT enables organizations to gain relevant insights and make informed decisions. These insights enhance visibility, traceability, and predictive capabilities throughout the supply chain. But there are also challenges with implementing COT throughout the supply chain, such as interoperability, scalability, and data security concerns.
