School and university partnerships are not limited to preservice preparation. Continued work along the educator continuum strengthens the relationships while making the teacher pipeline more sustainable. This chapter will showcase the work of an innovative, statewide, university-based, teacher induction effort that is grounded in professional development and instructional coaching, building upon the expansion of school and university partnerships. This narrative highlights a system-wide school–university partnership for teacher induction and showcases regional voices from the field, including teachers, administrators, and instructional coaches.
