This chapter reviews the differing forms of sexual violence that target students in schools and includes bullying, teasing, and harassment by both students and adults. I examine sexual bullying and harassment and the issues of gender associated with both. In addition, I document how schools have responded to legal restrictions and remedies for sexual bullying and harassment in schools.2 For the latter discussion, I explore pre-K-12 schools, particularly in the legal context, and focus primarily on harassment of and discrimination among children, either by adults or students.3
