Chapter 20: Conclusion: Final Conference Dialogue

Conference Participant: I want to talk about an experience I had two years ago when I was called in by the department of management studies from the University of Delhi. It was a full online MBA Information Technology program in cooperation with another business school from Singapore. It contained two semesters of Information Technology and two others on Information Technology Management. In this part, there were courses called Organization Dynamics which were, in fact, Organization Development and Change. They asked me to teach this course and I had no experience in teaching online and also I was not a specialist of Organization Development. I worked with a basic support document called protocol about group management, a very traditional Organization Behavior course.
