The purpose of this chapter is to reveal the peculiarities of the functioning of the model of market circulation of ownership and use rights to agricultural land plots in Israel and to define which regulatory instruments can be implemented in domestic practice.

In the research process, the following methods were used: monographic (analysis of the evolution of land relations in Israeli agriculture), empirical (assessment of the current state of regulation of the circulation of property rights and use of agricultural land), comparative analysis (disclosure of problems and goals of regulation of land relations in Israel), abstract – logical (theoretical generalisations and formulation of conclusions). The results of scientific research on the functioning of the market circulation of property rights and use of agricultural land plots in Israel are presented. The conceptual foundations of state regulatory policy in the field of land relations are revealed. The theoretical provisions and applied principles of regulation of land relations in agriculture, which are based on the experience of Israel, have gained further development.

The peculiarities of the regulation of the market and economic circulation of rights to agricultural land plots in Israel are revealed. The key provisions that can be implemented in the domestic practice of land reform are defined.
