8: Learn from the Experiences of Others

In researching this book, we conducted interviews across industries, roles and managerial levels and found incredible insights from established thought leaders to managers in the thick of enacting change. The interviewees represented all the gears in our nested adaptation cycles framework: from Chief Data Officers and Vice Presidents (VPs) to Heads of Business Insights and Data Governance. Some of these interviewees were even so kind as to give us permission to share the full conversation with you. Recognizing how curious minds love deriving their own conclusions from raw data, we present these conversations here.
