Coretec Inc. has acquired, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Coretec (UK)Limited, all of the issued and outstanding shares of Tayvin 159 Limited, the sole shareholder of Comelim Circuits Limited.
Comelim manufactures high-reliability military, aerospace and commercial printed circuit boards. The company operates out of a 32,000-square-foot facility in Biggleswade, just north of London, UK. Comelim's plant is ISO 9002-registered and is certified to MIL-PRF-55110F (military) and UL(Underwriters' Laboratories) standards. Major accounts for Comelim include British Aerospace, TRW, Smiths Industries and Raytheon.
Comelim currently employs approximately 75 management and staff members.
