Purpose – advises on how to develop workplace coaches, listing the skills involved in coaching, the methods that can be used to develop these skills and how to use these skills. Design/methodology/approach – sets out a process for training employees in coaching skills. Discusses how to use coaching skills effectively and how to measure the impact of coaching. Findings– argues that it is possible to train people to become successful workplace coaches, underlining that the process follows the same outline as other forms of training.
