The relationship between organizational CSR practices and employee Job Performance was not significant. CSR practices were significantly and positively related to affective organizational commitment, and work engagement. Affective organizational commitment was significantly related to employee job performance. Worker engagement and job performance were significantly related. Affective organizational commitment mediates the relationship between CSR practices and employee job performance.
