Parisa Sabbagh is Research Fellow at the Department of Agricultural, Food and Forest Sciences, University of Palermo, Palermo, Italy. Parisa Sabbagh, PhD in Big Data Management from SIMAS Laboratory, University of Salerno, Italy. She currently is a Research Fellow at the University of Palermo. Her research interests include blockchain technology, big data, knowledge management, the internet of things, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. She published articles in the leading international journals, including the Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, the VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, IET Communications, Sustainability, and Mediterranean Journal of Social Sciences. Mangirdas Morkūnas is Senior Associate Professor at Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Vilnius University, Vilnius, Lithuania. He is a senior associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Vilnius University. His main research areas cover agri-business, rural development, conduct of business in unfavourable conditions and the sustainable consumption. His research appeared in such outlets as Journal of Business Research, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Cleaner Production, Land Use Policy, Waste Management, Environmental Management, Agribusiness among many others.

Antonino Galati is Professor at the Department of Agricultural, Food and Forest Sciences, University of Palermo, Palermo, Italy. He is a Full Professor of Agricultural economics and valuation at the Department of Agricultural, Food and Forest Sciences, University of Palermo (Italy). He holds a PhD in Agricultural Economic and Policy (2007) from the University of Palermo and Post specialization Diploma on “Politique et Choix Publique en Agriculture et Alimentation” at the Institute Agronomique Mediterranee de Montepplier (CIHEAM) di Montepellier (Francia). He is also Co-Chair of the Research Interest Committee in Agribusiness of the EuroMed Academy of Business. At the University of Palermo he is Professor in the Green marketing and Environmental voluntary certifications, Strategic Management of the Agro-forestry companies, Forest appraisal. His research interests include agribusiness, marketing strategies, management, logistics and market analysis. His research has been published in a wide range of international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
