Over the past 20 years Dianne Mills McKay has played a leadership role in advancing gender equity opportunities for women and girls throughout New Jersey's educational system. Dianne came of age during the turbulent 1960s in a suburban New Jersey university town when the second wave of feminism's message of equal rights at work and home was raising women's consciousness levels.
