It doesn't seem totally consistent with the Open University's philosophy to draw attention to the ‘clever boys’ who came top in the exams. But the University is obviously proud of them, and it is intriguing to know who the double distinction people are. After all, the odds against being awarded two credits with distinction are over 1000 to 1.
