Group Dynamics is afield of inquiry concerned with learning about the nature of groups, how they develop, and their effect on individuals, other groups, and society. Many of the techniques of Group Dynamics have been widely used to improve training in human relations, particularly for teaching discussion‐leading techniques. ‘The Hidden Agenda’ refers to the social and emotional problems that develop when a discussion group is working on a problem.
