Significance
As with the February reshuffle of the military command, these changes have been presented as part of an effort to ‘reset’ decision-making and improve governance. The president's inner circle has narrowed and there are signs that he cannot rely on the full support of his own party in parliament.

The reset will increase the already high influence of individuals who enjoy close personal ties with Zelensky.
