Rayees Farooq is an assistant professor of business at the Sohar University, Oman. He holds a doctorate in knowledge management from Lovely Professional University, India. He is an institute postdoctoral fellow from department of humanities and social sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. He has over three years of teaching and research experience. His research interests are Knowledge management, performance management, counterproductive work behaviors, bibliometric analysis and scale development. His recent research has been published in international journals of repute like Journal of Knowledge Management, Measuring Business Excellence, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, Ethics & Behavior, Management Research Review, International Journal of Knowledge Management and International Journal of Innovation Science.

Dr Makhmoor Bashir is currently working as Assistant Professor of Business Strategy at the college of business and economics (AACSB Accredited), Qassim University. His recent research has been published in international journals of repute like Journal of Travel Research, Management Decision, Studies in Higher Education, Education & Information technologies, Corporate Reputation Review, and International Journal of Innovation Science among others. Dr Bashir has also presented his work at many international conferences like the Strategic Management Society, North American Marketing Society for Education in India, etc. He has developed teaching cases on Uber, Airbnb, Xiaomi, Spice Jet, Connect Broadband, etc. Dr Bashir is also the reviewer for the International Journal of Hospitality Management (Elsevier) and Journal of Modelling in Management (Emerald). Dr Bashir has also received an outstanding reviewer award in 2018 from the International Journal of Hospitality Management. His research interests include Business model innovation, competitive advantage, technological developments, and internationalization.
