This study delves into the key components needed at eight Thai universities to build an effective lifelong learning ecosystem that nurtures these skills.
By employing a content analysis method, the research collects and analyzes data from university websites, social media platforms and other relevant sources to pinpoint critical elements for fostering lifelong learning.
The results reveal that a successful lifelong learning ecosystem in Thai higher education should be centered around four primary components: (1) educational content, (2) technology and infrastructure, (3) engagement of educators and stakeholders and (4) support mechanisms.
These findings offer valuable insights for university administrators to develop a strong learning environment, help educators design meaningful curricula and support policymakers in formulating effective policies and strategies.
