QC circles: An introduction

For the past ten years David Hutchins has specialised in both tailor made ‘in house’ training schemes, and regularly lectures on quality management and quality control courses which meet the requirements of professional institutions. During this time he has successfully helped several hundred students obtain professional quality assurance qualifications. He is currently giving direct assistance to several of Britain's largest leading manufacturers in the development of Q. C. Circle programmes in their companies. He has spoken on BBC World Service on this subject and has been invited to present a paper at the 2nd International Quality Circle Conference in San Francisco on 20th February 1980.
