Demos looks east

French vocational-training organization Demos has been selected to implement a project to strengthen partnerships between companies and training institutions in the Ukraine, Kazakstan and Kyrgyzstan.

The project, financed by the European Training Foundation, aims to: raise awareness of the importance of management, human-resource management training and development as an integrated part of corporate activities; develop methods and approaches for designing customized, in-company training; improve the skills and capacity of existing training institutions to act as management-development consultants; and present case studies of collaboration between training institutions and companies in management-development planning.
