Training for the future

J A Watson is Training Manager, Scottish Ceramic Industry Training Association. He was previously a Training Adviser for four years with the Foundry Industry Training Committee and Training Manager for two years with Light Castings Foundry and Engineering Training Groups. He is a member of the IPM National Committee for Organisation and Manpower Planning.

T Jaap is Manpower and Production Resources Manager at W H Arnot Young and Co Ltd. Previously he was Group Training Director with Scottish Pipework, Engineering and Allied Training Group for six years. He is a member of the IPM National Committee for Education and Training and of the National Youth Employment Council and its Scottish Advisory Committee.
