Learning‐by‐doing at DISC: tutors' note

The DISC course was certainly a new experience. My experience endorsed many of my pet principles: people must control events and therefore the first objective is to influence the people: put oneself in the other's position; keep it simple; respect devoutly the dignity of the individual — he is the most important person in the world, to himself.
