The Education and Training of General Managers in Scotland Available to Purchase

The education and training paths of general managers of four and five star hotels in Scotland are examined. To obtain this information,all general managers of four and five star hotels over 50 bedrooms in Scotland were questioned. Different education and training paths are identified with the majority of the managers being between the ages of 26 and 45 and having obtained some form of qualification.
