Isabel del Arco Coordinator of the EDO-UdL team. Professor of the Department of Education Sciences at the UdL. Doctor in Psychopedagogy with an Extraordinary Doctorate Award from the UdL. Degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences and Diploma in Primary School Teaching. Her professional activity has been developed in different educational levels and stages of the public education system. She was awarded the Jaume Vicens Vives University Teaching Quality Award by the Government of Catalonia. Her main lines of research have been: educational organization and management, attention to diversity and teaching innovation in the university and nonuniversity system.

Anabel Ramos-Pla Lecturer at the Department of Education Sciences of the University of Lleida. Doctor in Education and Extraordinary Doctorate Award 2018 (UAB), graduated in Primary Education with a special mention in special educational needs and education in diversity and Master in Psychopedagogy (both studies carried out at the UdL). Postgraduate in Management and Direction of Educational Organizations (GEDIOE, UdL). Jaume Vicens Vives Distinction for university teaching quality, collective modality (2020). Main lines of research and investigation: pedagogy of death and infantile and juvenile pain, emotional education, organizational management, teaching-learning methodologies.

Mireia Tintoré Doctorate in Humanities and Social Sciences from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC), which she received with Excellent Distinction. Now she is the Chair of Organizational Studies and Professionalization Research Group at the Faculty of Education. She was the director of the postgraduate course in Educational Leadership and Management (PLD). Previously, she served as Vice-Dean (2008–2013) and Chair of the Educational Management and Leadership Specialty. She also has lectured on educational leadership at the Catholic University of Portugal, in Oporto; and at the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.

Ilídia Cabral Master’s degree in Educational Sciences from the Catholic University of Portugal (2008) and a PhD in Educational Sciences from the same university (2013). She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Catholic University of Portugal and coordinator of the Support Service for the Improvement of Education (SAME). Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies in Educational Sciences. Member of the Board of Directors of the Research Centre for Human Development (CEDH-UCP). Areas of scientific interest: school administration and organization, evaluation of schools and improvement projects, pedagogical evaluation, professional and organizational development
