Marcia Juliana d'Angelo has been Associate Professor at Fucape Business School in Strategy and Organization since 2013. She has a Ph.D. and Master in Business Administration (with distinction) from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie since 2013. She also has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Warwick Business School, England, in 1998. The main lines of research are strategy, sustainability, ESG, people and labor relations management and organizational studies in sustainability, mainly involving the social learning theory for sustainability.

Marisa Veloso, Café holds master's degree in management from Fucape Business School.

Raysa Geaquinto Rocha (Ph.D.) is Lecturer in Organizational Studies and Human Resource Management at the University of Essex. She was granted two awards for her Ph.D. project, including the 2021 Management Spirituality and Religion division of the Academy of Management Promising Dissertation Award. She also managed Erasmus + projects (i.e. WISEUP 2 Succeed, ENTRANCE, RE-START and ENTER EdTech). Raysa is Associate Editor of the Journal of Management Spirituality and Religion and Member of the Editorial Board of the Social Responsibility Journal. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics and her scholarly portfolio includes over fifty publications, encompassing articles, book editions, book chapters, proceedings and presentations in renowned conferences.
