It has come to our attention that this paper has substantial similarities to the following article: Yang, Y (2013) “Principals' Transformational Leadership in School Improvement”, Journal of Academic Administration in Higher Education, v9 n2 p77-83 fall 2013.
As part of the investigation, the authors were contacted for an explanation; however, after multiple attempts, the author was unresponsive. As a result, a decision was made to retract the article. We would appreciate the author's response. The author guidelines of the International Journal of Educational Management make it clear that submitted articles must be original. The journal sincerely apologises to its readers.
