Evert Lindquist is a Professor of Public Administration in the School of Public Administration at the University of Victoria, having served as Director from 1998 to 2015, and Editor of Canadian Public Administration, the journal of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada. Professor Lindquist's first academic appointment was with the University of Toronto's Department of Political Science (1988-1998). He was the first Visiting Scholar at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (1992-1994), a Visiting Scholar at the Griffith University in 2004, and Senior Academic Visiting Fellow with the Canada School of Public Service (2007-2010). During 2010 and 2011, Professor Lindquist held the ANZSOG-ANU Chair in Applied Public Management Research at the Australian National University.

Richard Marcy is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the School of Public Administration, University of Victoria. He has expertise in strategic leadership, leadership development, social innovation, and organizational adaptation. He has authored or co-authored a number of publications on these topics. As an extension of this work, Richard has also developed new tools that leaders can use to be more effective, creative, and adaptive in the workplace, and he has created and trained instructional programs that deliver these tools to leaders. His current research and training program development focuses on the role of strategic leadership and management in complex environments. Before coming to the University of Victoria, Richard was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). He has also held positions with Capgemini Consulting and the United States Marine Corps. He holds a BA in Media Study from SUNY Buffalo, and an MS and PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
