He stresses the need for the sector as a whole, and particularly the CEOs, to embrace the challenge created by the economic slump, stressing that for this ‘challenge’ to be transformed into an opportunity, the sector must focus on areas of particular importance, such as continual professional development (CPD), extending global links and encouraging sector exchange.
