Here you can watch some of Kawasaki's robots in action. Some nice examples of painting robots can be viewed on this page of Kawasaki's extensive web site. Other links take you to datasheets containing the robots technical specifications.
This is the web site of the Flexpaint project – Efficient Low Volume High Variant Robotized Painting. Although this project ended in 2002 it is still worth visiting to see the project's aims and achievements.
This is the site of Inropa™ Intelligent Robot Painting. There is only a homepage so far but it's maybe one to watch for the future.
This is the site of ABB Automation Ltd. The section on painting robots is fairly extensive. There are downloadable product information and articles about robotic painting available as pdf files. This site is well worth a visit for information about their products, it is just a shame there are no videos of the painting robots in action.
Advanced Robotic Technologies develop controls for path and process variables, they provide precision, automated solutions for a wide variety of applications including powder, liquid, adhesives, and others. There are some nice videos of the coatings being applied in the products section of the site.
