The nexus between green human resource management processes and the sustainability of educational institutions: the mediating effect of strategic excellence

Atheer Abdullah Mohammed is an assistant professor at Baghdad University (BU) – Iraq. He holds a masters' degree in Industrial Administration from the University of Baghdad (Iraq) in 2007. In 2018, he holds a PhD from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia within specific areas of strategic human resources management (talent management) and knowledge management. Since joining BU, in 2007, he has published many publications in the domains of operation management, human resources management and knowledge management. He is a reviewer for the European Journal of Innovation Management, Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education and the International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management. Atheer has a membership at the editing staff members of Journal of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Baghdad (Iraq). He has several awards recently from the Australian Academy of Business Leadership (AABL), Sydney, Australia in 2018.

Muthana Zahim Fisal is an assistant professor at Baghdad University (BU) (Iraq). He holds a masters' degree in Business Administration from the University of Baghdad (Iraq) in 2012. In 2021, he holds a PhD from the University of Baghdad (Iraq) within specific areas strategic management (strategic performance and complexity management) and dynamic capabilities. Since joining BU in 2012, he has published many publications in the domains of entrepreneurial orientation, human resources management and knowledge management.
