Ram Shankar Uraon is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He has received an MBA from the University of Mysore, a PhD in Management from Pondicherry University and an Faculty Development Programme in Management (FDPM) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. He has awarded UGC Dr S. Radhakrishnan Postdoctoral Fellowship for 2014–2015 and did his postdoctoral research at the Department of Management Studies, Pondicherry University. He also received the National Eligibility Test awarded by University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2012. He has published research papers in the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) and Scopus-indexed journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. His area of interest includes human resource development, psychological climate, agile practices, performance appraisal justice and organizational culture.

Rashmi Bharati is Research Scholar in Institute of Management Studies, BHU. She has completed her MBA (Hons) in Human Resource and Finance from Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University. She has qualified for the award for National Fellowship for Schedule Caste (NFSC/JRF). She has also qualified UGC-NET for the post of Assistant Professor. Her area of interest is in agile workforce and organizational justice.

Kritika Sahu is Research Scholar at Institute of Management Studies, BHU. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bihar and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Entrepreneurship and Management Processes International (EMPI) Business School, New Delhi. She has worked as Human Resource Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Associate earlier in industries before joining in research at BHU. She is interested in recruitment and talent management, agile workforce and team decision-making.

Anshu Chauhan is full-time research scholar at Institute of Management Studies. She completed her MBA from University School of Management, Kurukshetra University. In MBA, her areas of specialization were human resource management and finance. She has qualified for UGC-JRF in Management. Her areas of interest are cultural agility, cultural intelligence, agile Human Resource Management (HRM) and talent acquisition.
