Note from the publisher

With this issue, the Journal of Property Investment & Financeenters its 20th year of publication. In the last 19 years we have endeavoured to bring you a good cross-section of academic and practice-based papers in the field of property and investment. This year we will continue with this objective by bringing you a special issue on behavioural aspects of real-estate decision making. We also have papers presented at last year's European Real Estate Society (ERES) and a special Valuation issue in association with the World Valuation Congress.
