A US manufacturer of quartz crystals and oscillators has met requirements for ISO certification. SGS International Certification Services, Inc., completed their assessment for ISO 9001-1994 certification today. The recommendation for certification was announced by the SGS Audit Team to Statek management in a closing meeting at Statek's manufacturing facility in Orange, California. It was also reported that formal registration and certification should be received within the next two to three weeks. This ISO certification is just one of Statek's goals for 1998. Statek design and manufacture quality products in the quartz device industry.
