Gerry Waldron appointed Applications Engineering Manager at MRSI Group

Gerry Waldron has been appointed Applications Engineering Manager at MRSI Group. Waldron, a well-known electronics industry marketing and applications engineering professional, will head up MRSI's pre- and post-sales customer applications engineering and support for die attach, assembly and dispense products out of the new North Billerica, MA corporate headquarters.

For years, Waldron has been associated with key industry leaders such as BTU International and the former Vitronics Corporation (now Vitronics Soltec),involved with reflow soldering of SMT assemblies, where he has served in various capacities as Director of Marketing, SMT Business Manager, Director of Engineering and Advanced Technology, and in other R&D and product development positions. He is active in industry organizations such as IMAPS and the SMTA, and is a charter member of SMEMA.
