Organex is the name of the UK's leading organic food and drink trade exhibition. It will be held this year on 11-12 October at the National Hall,Olympia, London. Exhibitors will include food manufacturers, fresh produce suppliers, wholesalers and Food Boards including the Central Marketing Agency of Germany and the Austrian Trade Board. Ingredient manufacturers, wine and spirits producers, bakery goods and dairy produce suppliers will also be exhibiting. With the global market in natural and organic products forecast to grow by 83 per cent in the next six years, this exhibition is bound to attract a lot of visitors.
