Eurofeda Project – dietary antioxidants in the promotion of health. European Research on Functional Effects of Dietary Antioxidants

The Eurofeda project has really taken off in recent months with meetings for all three Task Groups. Draft reviews for each Task Group were examined at each of the meetings, and revisions suggested. Meetings have taken place at Cork(Ireland) and Castel del Monte in Italy.
