This book appears to be an English edition of a book originally produced for the American market. Although it is clearly an English edition a few US spellings survive. The initial impression of the book is that it is very densely packed with information. The lack of “white space” (for example, main text begins on the reverse of the sub‐contents pages which begin each of the five main sections) does not suggest a quality publication.
