Those familiar with this guide will know that it is a reliable and up‐to‐date source of quality country pubs throughout the UK. No one gets an entry in this guide by paying money ‐ a pub has to earn its right to appear while providing good food, beer or quality wines, atmosphere and maybe accommodation.
