A panel on the back cover of this book is headed by the phrase “Award for Excellence”, and it advises us that “Europa Publications are very proud to have been presented with the ‘Award for Outstanding Achievement’ by the international journal Reference Reviews”. We, Reference Reviews, also feature as one of the titles from which is quoted a bon mot about the previous edition of the work.
