This compact well bound volume is the tenth to be published in the on‐going 14‐volume series of The Collected Works of W.B. Yeats, under the general editorship of the eminent Yeats scholars Richard J. Finneran and George Mills Harper. The publisher outside of North America is Palgrave, the successor to Macmillan, the publisher in 1934 of The Collected Plays of W.B. Yeats and Scribner in New York who were preparing another edition of Yeats’s plays. The new edition follows the order listing – “the latest in Yeats’s lifetime” (p. 11) – arrangement of Scribner’s projected unpublished volume.
