Instead, The Encyclopedia of Sports Medicine is a concise, yet comprehensive 322 pages of practical information on sports‐related injuries and conditions. An extensive set of useful appendices is available for the reader who desires additional information. There are too few graphics and images to mention – one gets the feeling they are just there to help break up the text.
