The Cambridge Companion to E.M. Forster

This is the first collection of essays on Forster since Tambling (1995). In the interim there have been a few books published on certain aspects of Forster in response to shifts in critical theory, such as Martin and Piggford (1997) or Shaheen (2004). The Cambridge Companion to E.M. Forster is a thorough updating of Forster studies, examining and re‐interpreting the familiar aspects of Forster's life and writing.
