This book is one of a series of Cambridge Companions to major topics and key figures in theology. It introduces readers to the range of John Wesley's writings. The book starts with a chronology of Wesley (1703‐1791) and then is split into four parts. The first is the introductory chapter by the two editors. This is followed by 17 more chapters (all roughly 14 to 20 pages long) split into life, work and legacy by all the contributors.
