Purpose
This paper aims to intend to provide managers with some ideas and reflections about how to promote a favorable environment for creativity and risk taking and how to instill a new management style. It proposes some thoughts on diminishing hierarchical levels, fostering cross-functional exchanges, diversifying team profiles and being a mindful manager.
