Yann Mey Yee is based at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. She is a PhD candidate at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She has 10 years of working experience as software programmer and project manager serving in multinational corporations.

Cheng Ling Tan is Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. She is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is a Deputy Dean in the Graduate School of Business. Her current research area includes knowledge management, health care, and operation management.

Ramayah Thurasamy is Professor at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. He is a Professor at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Visiting Professor in several universities. He is a trained Structural Equation Modeling instructor and serving as a Senior Research Fellow in several research universities.
