Discusses heroic leaders or national heroes but also looks at the darker side of leadership. Goes on to the business leaders, personalized leadership, leadership personified and that leaders, by definition, must have followers. Suggests that it would be sensible to beware of placing too much power, hopes and dreams on a single individual.
