The 2000 Series features Juki's latest technology in automated assembly equipment, such as the new multi nozzle laser align (MLNA) for precision in flight, non-contact alignment of four parts simultaneously, using a single laser unit. These features, combined with the 2000 Series' modularity, enable high-speed, high-precision placements through the use of one or more pieces of equipment in a compact footprint. Other innovations include the Super H-DriveTMfor maximum speed and accuracy, high-precision feeder trolleys for fast changeover, and HLC easy to use line-balancing software for maximum assembly line productivity.
